- State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting applications for Specialist Cadre Officers on a contract basis at the State Bank Institute of Leadership (SBIL), Kolkata.
- The engagement is for a period of 3 years, renewable for a maximum of 2 years (total engagement period not exceeding 5 years).
- The roles include Dean, Faculty, and Marketing Executive at SBIL, Kolkata.
- The selected candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis with a focus on leadership, executive education, and marketing in the banking and finance sector.

- Dean, SBIL, Kolkata:
- Minimum age: 40 years, Maximum age: 55 years (as of 31.08.2026).
- Educational Qualification: MBA/Executive MBA/PGDM/PGDBA or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks OR Ph.D./M.Phil. from an Indian university or Indian/International ‘B’ school.
- Preference given to candidates with MBA/Ph.D./M.Phil. in Banking & Finance and/or teaching experience in Executive Education.
- Total post-qualification experience of 15 years required, including a minimum of 3 years in a Dean/Deputy Dean/Principal/Director/equivalent position in educational institutions or training institutes.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in reputed educational institutes and corporate leadership roles.
- Faculty, SBIL, Kolkata:
- Minimum age: 35 years, Maximum age: 55 years (as of 31.08.2026).
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference given to candidates with MBA/PGDM/MHRM in HR/Finance/Banking.
- Additional qualification: Successful completion of Ph.D./M.Phil. will be an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of teaching experience in Faculty/Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Corporate Trainer or equivalent positions in educational institutions or training institutes.
- Marketing Executive, SBIL, Kolkata:
- Minimum age: 28 years, Maximum age: 40 years (as of 31.08.2026).
- Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent in marketing with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in Executive Education/Management Institutes/Universities/Training Organizations/EdTech Organizations.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in branding, international partnerships, program portfolio generation, and revenue generation.

- Shortlisting and interview cum demo session for Dean and Faculty posts.
- Shortlisting and interview for Marketing Executive post.
- Interview/Interview cum Demo Session will carry 100 marks.
- Merit list will be prepared based on scores obtained in the interview only.
- CTC negotiation will be done with candidates in the order of merit.
- Final selection will be based on successful CTC negotiation.
