- Age limit: 20 to 30 years as on 01.07.2026 (relaxation for reserved categories: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, PwBD 10 years, Ex-Servicemen 5 years).
- IT Officer: 4-year B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or related field, OR postgraduate in relevant field, OR graduate with DOEACC 'B' level.
- Agricultural Field Officer: 4-year degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Fishery Science or allied subjects.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari: Postgraduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation, OR PG in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects.
- Law Officer: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
- HR/Personnel Officer: Graduate with 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Personnel Management/HR/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Law.
- Marketing Officer: Graduate with 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
- For non-IT Officer posts, candidates must have studied Computer/IT as a subject in high school/college or hold a relevant certificate/diploma/degree.
