Assistant Manager/Operations Vacancy

- NCRTC, a joint venture of the Government of India and state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, is recruiting for Assistant Manager/Operations under direct recruitment.
- The role is part of the Namo Bharat Project, a high-speed rail-based commuter service connecting key nodes in the National Capital Region (NCR).
- The selected candidate may be posted at any office/workplace/project unit of NCRTC or its subsidiaries/joint ventures.
- The candidate may be assigned shift operations and other functions as per business requirements.

- Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Full-Time) from a UGC-recognized Indian University, UGC-recognized Indian Deemed University, or AICTE-approved Autonomous Institution.
- Essential Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Systems Operations, Maintenance, Development, Digital Systems, IoT, Electronics, Cyber-Physical Systems for SCADA, Rail-Based Systems, or Safety Systems.
- Job Responsibilities: Monitoring KPIs for Train Operations, Passenger Amenities, Station Operations, and OCC; monitoring daily revenue records and reconciliation; overseeing unmanned station operations; automating inspections and O&M maintenance; and managing stations/trains/OCC/BCC for O&M.
- Required Skills: Rail-based systems, operations & maintenance management, IoT, sensors, data science, AI/ML, and other related systems.

- The selection process will include a Written Test/CBT (80% weightage) and an Interview (20% weightage).
- Merit list will be prepared based on the combined score of the Written Test and Interview. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage for suitability is 60%.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in a ratio of 1:5 for the interview based on merit in their respective categories.
- Document verification will be conducted before the interview, and candidates must carry their original certificates for verification.
