- Candidates must hold a Graduate degree.
- Must be substantive in M/L-7 (7th Pay Commission) with Grade Pay 4600 on a regular basis or one level/grade below (excluding MACP).
- Staff upgraded to Level-8 are also eligible to apply.
- Minimum 5 years of service as on the date of issuing the notification is required.
- Experience in handling D&AR (Disciplinary & Appeal Rules) cases is mandatory.
- Must be substantive in M/L-7 (7th Pay Commission) with Grade Pay 4600 on a regular basis or one level/grade below (excluding MACP).
