- Centbank Financial Services Limited (CFSL) has invited applications for four Manager positions across four functional areas: Accounts, Business Development, Information Technology, and Company Secretary.
- The initial appointments will be on a three-year contractual basis, renewable annually based on performance and company requirements.

- Age Limit: Maximum age of 35 years as of 31 August 2026. Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC Non-Creamy Layer, 10 years for PwBD-General, 13 years for PwBD-OBC, 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST, and as per applicable rules for Ex-Servicemen.
- Experience: At least three years of post-qualification experience in the relevant functional area. Special provisions apply to employees of Central Bank of India subsidiaries with two years of relevant experience in the respective field.
- Qualifications by Post:
- Manager - Accounts: CA, CA Intern, or MBA in Finance.
- Manager - Business Development: MBA or BBA in Marketing, Finance, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Manager - Information Technology: BE/BTech/BCS/BSc/BCA in Computer Science/IT or MCA/MSc in Computer Science/IT from an AICTE-approved institution.
- Manager - Company Secretary: Essential: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) with valid membership. Preferred: Fellow Member of ICSI and/or LLB.
- Qualifications must be from institutes recognized or approved by AICTE, UGC, or the appropriate government body. Correspondence/part-time courses are not eligible.

- Shortlisting: Applications will be shortlisted by a company-appointed committee based on eligibility criteria. Meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.
- Interview: Personal interview carrying 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be determined by CFSL.
- Final Selection: Based on interview performance and overall assessment of experience, suitability, and current emoluments.
