- Valid Delhi Medical Council (DMC) registration or proof of application.
- Maximum age limit: 45 years as on the date of interview.
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 5 years for PwD candidates.
- Candidates who have completed 3 years of Senior Residency may be considered if fresh candidates are unavailable.
- Candidates must not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency earlier (except under relaxation clause).
