- Officer-in-Charge (OIC): Graduate degree with 5 years of experience in healthcare institutions or managerial roles. Retired defense officers drawing pension from defense estimates are eligible.
- Medical Specialist: MS/MS in the concerned specialty or DNB with 3 years of post-graduation experience. Must be registered with a national/state medical council.
- Gynaecologist: MS/MS in Gynecology or DNB with 3 years of post-graduation experience. Must be registered with a national/state medical council.
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree with 3 years of experience in Medicine or Surgery. Must be registered with a national/state medical council.
- Dental Officer: BDS degree with 3 years of experience. Must be registered with a national/state dental council.
