- Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com with CA/ICWA qualification.
- Assistant Manager (MM): Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper Technology/Electronics/Printing Technology + 2-year PG Diploma/MBA in Materials Management/Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Assistant Manager (IT): MCA or B.Tech in Computer Engineering/IT with first-class marks.
- Assistant Manager (OL): Master's Degree in Hindi or English with 2 years' translation experience.
