📄 Details & Description
- Engagement under IMR research projects on a purely contractual basis for an initial period of six months, extendable up to one year based on performance.
- Hybrid mode of interview (both offline and online) conducted by Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (RARI), Port Blair.
- Selected candidate may be required to travel for official duties across Andaman & Nicobar Islands with applicable TA/DA as per rules.
- No claim for regular appointment or continuation after the contractual period.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Yoga or Yoga & Naturopathy with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university and 2 years of experience in Yoga Therapy at a reputed Institute/Hospital.
- OR: Any graduate from a UGC-recognized university with a one-year Diploma in Yoga (minimum 55% marks) and 5 years of practical experience in Yoga at a reputed Institute/Hospital.
- Must possess Level-II (Therapy Level) Certificate from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB).
- Demonstration skills in Yogic practices (skill test will be conducted during the interview).
- Desirable: Experience in traditional Yoga Therapy from a nationally reputed Institute/Hospital.
- Knowledge of computer operations and working knowledge of Hindi, English, and Sanskrit.
- Experience in research projects related to Yoga Therapy or case studies is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Hybrid mode interview (offline and online) conducted on 25.07.2026.
- Candidates opting for offline interview must report at 09:00 AM at RARI, Chakkargaon, Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair).
- Skill test for demonstration of Yogic practices will be conducted during the interview.
- Final selection based on interview performance and skill test results.
