- For Honorary Doctors: Postgraduate medical qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in relevant specialty with 5 years of experience (15 years for Physiotherapists).
- Specialized experience required for Cardiologist, Nephrologist, and Urologist posts (5 years with specialized centre attachment).
- For Panel Doctors: MBBS degree with 10 years of experience (excluding internship), registered Medical Practitioner, and ownership of a dispensary/clinic with full OPD facilities in specified panel areas.
- Clinic must have online computer system, routine immunization, and minor surgical facilities.
- Medical Council registration mandatory for all applicants.
