- Qualification: MBBS with a PG Degree/Diploma or equivalent recognized by the Medical Council of India.

- Experience: Non-PG candidates with at least two years of experience in the concerned specialty in a Government/Government empanelled hospital will be considered if PG candidates are unavailable.
- Senior Residency: Must not have completed three years of Senior Residency.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 45 years. Relaxation for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) as per Government of India rules.
- Registration: Must be registered with the Delhi Medical Council (only qualifications incorporated in DMC will be considered).
