- Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist / Stenographer Grade-III / Junior Typist: +3 degree or equivalent + Diploma in Computer Application.
- Junior Typist: Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed in English.
- Stenographer Grade-III: Minimum 80 words per minute shorthand and 40 words per minute typing speed.
- Salaried Amin: Matriculation or equivalent + Revenue Inspector Training + computer knowledge.
- Must pass Odia language test equivalent to M.E. Standard.
- Age limit: 18 to 42 years as on 28-08-2026 (relaxation applicable for reserved categories).
- Must be of good character, sound health, and free from communicable diseases.
- Must not have more than one spouse living if married.
- Must be registered in an Employment Exchange.
