Support Staff, MPW & Other Posts under National Health Mission (NHM) Durg

- Minimum age: 18 years as on 01.01.2026.
- Maximum age: 70 years for medical posts and 64 years for managerial posts as on 01.01.2026.
- Educational qualifications vary by post (e.g., 8th pass for Support Staff, 10th pass for Class-IV, 12th pass for ANM/MPW, B.Sc./GNM for Nursing Officer, M.Phil in Psychology for Psychologist, MBA/PGDM for Programme Associate).
- Live and permanent registration with the relevant Chhattisgarh Council is mandatory for nursing/paramedical posts (e.g., Nursing Officer, ANM, MPW).
- For Security Guard: Matriculation (10th) pass, minimum height 160 cm, physically fit, and 1 year of experience as a security guard.
- For Accountant: M.Com/B.Com with 50% marks and knowledge of Tally 9.0.
- For TBHV: Graduate in Science or Intermediate (10+2) in Science with relevant work experience.
- Reservation and horizontal reservation for women/PwD as per Chhattisgarh Government rules.

- Selection based on merit prepared from document verification, written/skill test, and/or clinical skill-based test depending on the post.
- Candidates will be screened in proportion to vacancies: 10 times for 1-10 posts, 5 times for 11-50 posts.
- Minimum 40% marks required in skill test/exam to qualify.
- Final merit list prepared with weightage: 65% educational qualification + 10-15% experience + 20% skill/written test for posts 1-10.
- For posts 11-12: 30% 12th marks + 35% technical qualification + 10-15% experience + 20% skill test.
- For Jr. Secretarial Assistant: 30% 12th marks + 35% technical qualification + 10-15% experience + 20% skill test (including computer skill test).
- For ANM: 30% 12th marks + 30% ANM course marks + 10-20% experience + 20% skill test.
- For Class-IV and support staff: 85% educational qualification marks + 10-15% experience.
- In case of tie, preference given to older candidates.
- Experience marks: 3 per year for NHM Chhattisgarh employees (max 15), 2 per year for others (max 10).
- COVID-19 duty experience in Chhattisgarh government health institutions: 10 bonus marks (max combined experience marks capped at 10/15).

- Identity proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/PAN Card/Driving Licence, etc.).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer if working in government/semi-government/government-financed institution.
- Appointment order and experience certificate (if applicable).
- Signed printout of the submitted application (mandatory for document verification).

- No application fee for local resident candidates of Chhattisgarh as per Chhattisgarh General Administration Department order dated 08 April 2022.
