NTPC Assistant Officer (Corporate Communication) Recruitment 2026

- NTPC Limited has announced 15 vacancies for the position of Assistant Officer (Corporate Communication) under Advertisement No. 12/26.
- The role involves corporate communication responsibilities within NTPC’s organizational framework.
- Selected candidates may be posted at any NTPC office, station, project, joint venture, or subsidiary, with transferability at the discretion of NTPC management.

- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold both of the following full-time qualifications from recognized Indian universities/institutes:
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates in the respective category).
• A two-year postgraduate degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Communication, or Public Relations with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD in the respective category).
- Age Limit: The upper age limit is 29 years as of the last date for submitting the online application.
- Age Relaxation:
• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines

- The selection process may include application shortlisting or screening, a written or computer-based test, and a personal interview.
- The online written test will consist of:
• Subject Knowledge Test
• Executive Aptitude Test
- Candidates must qualify separately in both sections of the written test and in the interview.
- Final result weightage:
• Online written test: 85%
• Personal interview: 15%
- Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination conducted by the NTPC Medical Board or Medical Officer before joining.
