NHM Simdega Various Health & Support Staff Recruitment 2026

- Contract-based recruitment drive under the National Health Mission, Simdega, Jharkhand.
- Total of 18 vacancies across 8 post codes, including 3 regular vacant posts and 15 backlog vacancies.
- Positions include Staff Nurse (RCH/NBSU), District PPM Coordinator, ANM, Block Data Manager, ARSH Counselor, Sanitary Attendant, and Rehabilitation Worker.
- Applications accepted offline only via Registered Post/Speed Post until 17 October 2026, 5:00 PM.
- Monthly honorarium ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 18,000 depending on the post.
- Selection based on academic scores, qualifications, and an interview/written test (100-point scheme).
- Reservation applied district-wise as per roster; no reservation for Extremely Backward Class (Schedule-I) and Backward Class (Schedule-II) posts.

- Staff Nurse (RCH/NBSU): 10+2 or Intermediate with a 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course from a government-recognized institution; must be registered under the Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- District PPM Coordinator (NTEP): Postgraduate degree in any discipline; 1 year of experience in communication, ACSM, Public-Private Partnership, or health projects; permanent two-wheeler driving license; preference for candidates with RNTCP experience or a degree in Social Science, Mass Media, Communication, or Rural Development Advocacy; basic computer knowledge.
- ANM (RCH): 10+2 or equivalent with completion of an ANM course from a government-recognized institution; must be registered under the Jharkhand Nursing Council.
- Block Data Manager (RCH): Graduation in any discipline with 1-year Diploma/PG Diploma in Computer Application, DOEACC 'O' Level, or Bachelor’s in Computer Application; minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience; strong interpersonal skills and fluency in the local language.
- ARSH Counselor: Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing; minimum 1 year of experience in adolescent-related work; knowledge of adolescent developmental stages and MS Office.
- Sanitary Attendant (NPHCE): 10th/12th pass with at least 2 years of hospital experience.
- Rehabilitation Worker (NPHCE): 10+2 or equivalent with a 1.5-year certificate course as a Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MR/HI/ASD/VI) or Community Based Rehabilitation Worker (CBRW) from a recognized institute; must be registered under the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992; at least 1 year of hospital work experience.

- Selection based on a 100-point marking scheme combining:
• 10th Board marks (10 points, pro-rata)
• 12th Board marks (10 points, pro-rata)
• Essential Qualification (40 points, pro-rata)
• Relevant Higher Qualification (25 points, pro-rata)
• Interview/Written Test (15 points).
- Final merit list prepared by the District Selection Committee, Simdega and published on the district website and office of the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer.

- Medical fitness certificate issued by a registered Civil Surgeon.
