- MBBS degree with Post Graduate Degree/DNB/Diploma or Post Doctoral Degree in the concerned specialty from an NMC/MCI recognized university/institute.
- Valid DMC registration for the concerned specialty/super-specialty is preferred.
- PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or Post Doctoral Degree must be completed, and results declared before the interview date.
- Non-PG candidates may apply as Non-PG Senior Residents for a tenure of 44 days or until PG-qualified candidates are appointed.
- Maximum age limit: 45 years as on 01.07.2026.
- Relaxation in age and criteria applies for candidates with 3 years of prior Senior Residency experience in specialties with perpetual shortages.
- Valid DMC registration for the concerned specialty/super-specialty is preferred.
