- Leadership role in Human Resources for a Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSE) under the Department of Atomic Energy.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing HR policies, industrial relations, and administrative functions.
- Reports directly to the Chairman and Managing Director of the organization.
- Contributes to the company's mission of advancing clean energy through high-quality materials and sustainable growth.
- Ensures compliance with government policies and maintains excellent MoU ratings with the administrative ministry.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Age limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 60 years as of the date of vacancy. Internal candidates must have at least 2 years of residual service, while others must have 3 years.
- Must be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual/ad-hoc) in one of the following:
- Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), including full-time functional directors.
- Central Government Group 'A' officers, Armed Forces, All India Services, or officers from Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions/Autonomous Bodies.
- State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) with an annual turnover of Rs. 1,000 crore or more.
- Private Sector companies, Joint Ventures (50:50), or National/State-level Cooperative Federations with an annual turnover of Rs. 1,000 crore or more (preference for listed companies).
- Educational qualification: Graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university/institute.
- Desirable: Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management/HRM, MBA, or PGDM/PGPM from a recognized institute.
- Experience requirements:
- Category-I: 5 years in HR/IR/Personnel roles in the last 10 years.
- Category-II: 2 years in HR/IR/Personnel + 3 years as a functional head of Projects/Plants with direct responsibility for 1,000 workforce in the last 10 years.
- Category-III: 5 years as a functional head of Projects/Plants with direct responsibility for at least 20% of the workforce in the last 10 years.
