Young Professionals-II (Temporary) Engagement at ICMR-NIHR, Jodhpur

- ICMR-NIHR, Jodhpur, is recruiting 2 Young Professionals-II (Administration) on a temporary contract basis for enhancing research dissemination.
- The engagement is for one year, extendable for two more years (1+1+1) based on performance and organizational needs.
- The role involves policy and communications, particularly in the health or research sector, with a focus on administration and research output dissemination.
- The selected candidates will be engaged under the ICMR Guidelines for Hiring Young Professionals (YP).
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews or personal discussions. Candidates must arrange their own transport and accommodation.
- No House Rent Allowance (HRA) or other allowances (e.g., Dearness Allowance, CGHS, Medical Reimbursement) will be paid.

- Post-Graduate Degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in administration from a recognized research organization/institute.
- Desirable:
- Post-qualification experience in administration at government organizations.
- Strong writing skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in policy and communications, particularly in the health or research sector.
- Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Age limit: Not exceeding 35 years as of the last date of application (14.10.2026).
- Experience of internship/training will not be accounted for.

- Written Test (if applicable): If more than 30 candidates apply, a written test consisting of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) related to the duties of the position will be conducted.
- Personal Interview: Final selection will be based on the combined marks of the Written Test (if conducted) and Personal Interview. If fewer than 30 candidates apply, selection will be based on the Personal Interview only.
- List of Eligible Candidates: The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the Institute website.
