- Positions are available for three-year tenures, extendable for another three years based on organizational requirements.
- The recruitment drive includes 43 vacancies across multiple disciplines such as Industrial Safety, Geology, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Medical & Health Services (M&HS), Environment Management, Mineral Processing, Finance, Human Resources, and Survey.

- Industrial Safety: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Safety Engineering Management or B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering.
- Geology: Post Graduate Degree in Geology/Applied Geology.
- Electrical: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology.
- Mechanical: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery.
- Civil: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- M&HS: MBBS from a recognized institute with minimum 3 years’ experience, including 1 year in emergency services or occupational health services. Alternatively, a PG Diploma with 3 years’ experience after the diploma in the clinical field.
- Environment Management: Bachelor’s Degree in Environment Engineering/Technology OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Management/Environment Science OR Post Graduate Degree in Environment Science.
- Mineral Processing: B.Tech/B.E. in Mineral and Metallurgical Engineering/Mineral Engineering/Mineral Processing OR M.Tech in the same fields.
- Human Resources: MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR OR Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/HR OR Master’s in Social Work (acceptable under various Labour Legislations for Welfare Officer roles).
- Finance: Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
- Survey: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with Surveyor Certificate of Competency OR M.Tech (Geomatics).
- Experience: Experience shall be reckoned only from the date of obtaining the basic qualification. Experience must be in the relevant field (Mining/Metal/Manufacturing industry or other industries with relevant job responsibilities).
- Experience Certificate: Must include designation, department, joining/leaving dates, job description, and must match HCL’s domain requirements. Applicants must upload appointment letters, pay slips, Form-16, or PF statements as proof of employment.
- PwBD Eligibility: Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs) with 40% or more disability are eligible. Disability categories vary by discipline (e.g., HH, VH, LV, OA, OL, ASD, SLD, MI).

- Selection is based on 100% weightage for Personal Interview (PI).
- Shortlisting ratio: 1:5 (5 candidates per vacancy). For single vacancies, 10 candidates will be shortlisted.
- Shortlisting criteria: 1 mark per year of relevant experience beyond the minimum requirement (pro-rated for incomplete years). 1 mark for additional relevant degrees (max 2 marks).
- HCL reserves the right to conduct a written screening test if required.

- Caste Category Certificates (SC/OBC/Non-Creamy Layer) as per Government of India format.
- Self-attested copies of all documents (originals to be verified during interview).
- Affidavit (if name/surname spelling varies in certificates).
