Specialist and Senior Residents Walk-in Interview at ESIC Hospital Gwalior

- Walk-in interview for contractual engagement of 40 posts at ESIC Hospital, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh).
- Positions include Full Time/Part Time Specialists, Senior Residents (3 Years), and Senior Residents (1 Year).
- First walk-in interview scheduled for 29th July 2026; subsequent interviews on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.
- No separate application deadline; candidates must appear in person for document verification and interview.
- Contractual engagement with no claim for regularization, PF, pension, or gratuity.
- Selected candidates must sign a contract and provide a security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (refundable).

- For Senior Resident (1 Year/3 Years): MBBS from an institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or equivalent.
- Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant discipline recognized by NMC or equivalent.
- Mandatory registration with NMC or Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.
- No prior experience required for PG-qualified candidates.
- MBBS candidates with 2 years of experience (including 1 year in the concerned specialty) may be considered if PG-qualified doctors are unavailable.
- For Full Time/Part Time Specialist: MBBS recognized by NMC or equivalent.
- PG Degree/Diploma (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant specialty with 3 years post-PG Degree or 5 years post-PG Diploma experience.
- Mandatory registration with NMC or Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.

- Candidates must report between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the scheduled date for document verification.
- Only candidates with verified and eligible documents will proceed to the interview.
- Selection is based on the interview performance and subject to a medical fitness certificate issued by the ESIC Hospital Medical Board.
- The decision of the selection board is final and binding.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview or joining the post.

- Original and self-attested photocopies of Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card).

- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheets/certificates.
- Proof of Educational Qualification (MBBS, MD/MS/DNB, etc. as per NMC guidelines).
- Internship Completion Certificate.
- NMC or Madhya Pradesh Medical Council Registration and Renewal Certificate.
- Additional Medical Qualification Registration Certificate (if applicable).
- Experience Certificates (where applicable).
- Reservation Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH) in the prescribed format.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer (if employed).
- Demand Draft for application fee (if applicable).
- Aadhaar/PAN card and bank passbook copies (required after selection).

- SC/ST/Female/Ex-Servicemen/PH candidates: No application fee.
- UR/OBC candidates: Rs. 500/- (as per main notification) or Rs. 300/- (as per Annexure-A). Candidates must verify the exact fee on the official ESIC website before payment.
- Payment mode: Demand Draft in favour of 'ESI Fund Account No. 1', payable at Gwalior.
