Contract Officer (Skill Development) Vacancy

- Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a Miniratna Schedule ‘A’ Company under the Government of India, invites online applications for the post of Officer (Skill Development) on a contract basis.
- The contract tenure is for five years.
- The position is based in Kochi, Kerala.
- The selection process involves a Personal Interview out of 100 marks.
- The rank list will be prepared based on marks secured in the interview, with seniority in age as a tiebreaker.

- Educational Qualification: Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education or an equivalent institution recognized by AICTE or appropriate statutory authority.
- Experience: Essential: Experience in Government ITIs/Regional Instruction Centres as Inspector of Training, Principal Class I, Vice Principal, Principal Class II, Training Officer, or Trade Test Officer.
- Desirable:
- Experience in dealing with matters relating to apprenticeship training.
- Knowledge of working in a computerized environment.

- Selection will be conducted through a Personal Interview (out of 100 marks).
- Candidates must successfully complete certificate verification before attending the interview.
- CSL reserves the right to scrutinize applications and prepare a shortlist based on eligibility requirements verified through uploaded certificates.
- Original certificates must be produced during certificate verification for age, educational qualification, experience, and reservation categories.
