CPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27

- Guest House Service Assistant: 10th Pass (any discipline).
- Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BCA/BBA degree.
- Secretarial Office Assistant (Oil & Gas): Graduate in any non-engineering discipline.
- Executive (HR) – Oil & Gas: MBA (HR), MSW, or 2-year full-time PG Diploma in Personnel Management or Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): BE/B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronic & Communication/Instrumentation, Civil, Computer Science, IT, Fire & Safety, or Environment Protection & Safety.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronic & Communication/Instrumentation.
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher): Class 12 passed (below graduate).
- Data Entry Operator (Skilled): Class 12 passed + Skill Certificate in Domestic Data Entry Operator (course under 1 year, from a recognized awarding body).
- Minimum Marks: First Class with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the qualifying examination.
- Age Limit: 18 to 26 years as of 01.10.2026 (relaxation as per Presidential Directives on Reservation).
- Registration Requirement: Candidates must be registered on NAPS (for Trade/Technician) or NATS (for Graduate) portals with 100% profile completion.
- Exam Year Eligibility: Only candidates who passed their final exams in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible.
- No Prior Apprenticeship: Candidates who have already undergone a job/apprenticeship elsewhere for one year or more are not eligible.

- Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on a merit list prepared using the percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification applicable to the respective trade.
