- Key Responsibilities: Managing Poor Box Fund, assisting patients and their families, caring for homeless and destitute patients, adhering to medical authority directives, promoting healthcare awareness, organizing health-related awareness programs, and coordinating with other hospitals and institutions.

- Educational Qualification: One of the following must be met:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (Genetics) from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (Distance Mode) from a recognized university.
- Experience: One year of experience in social work, either in government or non-government sectors.
- Language Proficiency: Must have passed 10th standard with Marathi and English as subjects, and be able to read, write, and speak Marathi, Hindi, and English fluently.
- Certification: Must hold either ‘O’ level or ‘A’ level or ‘B’ level or ‘C’ level certification from ‘Do It Yourself Society’ or ‘Other’ or ‘E’ level or ‘MSCIT’ or ‘GICIT’ from Maharashtra State or equivalent technical council.
- Computer Skills: Must have completed a computer proficiency course recognized by the Government of Maharashtra.
- HMIS System: Must be able to handle the HMIS system operated by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
- Medical Experience: Preferable to have prior experience working in a hospital.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, maximum 38 years as of 09.09.2026.

- Selection will be based on academic qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview.
- Interview date, time, and venue will be communicated via email two days prior to the interview.
