- Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations with minimum 50% marks.

- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Operator (Chemical) (Grade: S-3, Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000-81,430/-):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Technician (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical) (Grade: S-3, Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000-81,430/-):
- Matriculation plus ITI/National Apprenticeship Certificate in relevant trades.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Trainee Posts for PwBD Candidates (Grade: S-3, Stipend: Rs. 21,000/-):
- Operator (Chemical) Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree in Science with minimum 50% marks.
- Technician (Mechanical) Trainee: Matriculation plus ITI/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter/Diesel Mechanic/Machinist/Turner trade.
- Accounts Assistant Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with minimum 50% marks and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English.
- Traineeship period: 1 year with stipend.
- Relaxation in Minimum Educational Qualification:
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates get a relaxation of 5% in minimum qualifying marks (e.g., 55% for SC/ST, 50% for PwBD).
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (NCL): 3 years, PwBD-General/EWS: 10 years, PwBD-OBC (NCL): 13 years, PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years.
- Maximum upper age limit: 56 years including all relaxations.
- Experience:
- Must be acquired after passing the respective course. Industrial/Apprentice Training under Apprentices Act will not be considered as work experience.

- Candidates will undergo a single-stage or multiple-stage selection process, including Skill Test/Proficiency Test/Endurance Test/Written Test.
- Shortlisting may be done by raising minimum eligibility standards if the number of applications is large.
