Senior Assistant Engineer (E-I Grade) – Fixed Tenure Recruitment

- Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications for Senior Assistant Engineer (E-I Grade) roles on a fixed tenure basis under the NCS & Radar SBU/Ghaziabad Complex.

- This recruitment is 100% reserved for ex-servicemen (ex-Indian Air Force personnel).
- The selected candidates will be posted PAN-India based on project requirements.

- Post Name: Senior Assistant Engineer (E-I Grade) on Fixed Tenure Basis.
- Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience: Must have served 15 years in the Indian Air Force in the rank of Junior Warrant Officer (JWO) or above.
- Medical Category: Must have a Very Good or Exemplary service record.
- Retirement Date: Must have retired from the Indian Air Force on or before 01.08.2026.
- Age Limit (as of 01.08.2026):
- General: 50 years
- OBC-NCL: 53 years
- SC/ST: 55 years
- PwBD: Relaxation as per Government of India rules.

- Selection will be done through a written test followed by an interview for candidates who qualify in the written test.
- The ratio of candidates called for the interview will be 1:7 based on the vacancy in each category.

Ex-servicemen (100% reservation)

- Self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
- Recent passport-sized photograph.
- SSLC Marks Card (proof of age).
- Diploma Engineering or equivalent examination certificates and marks cards for all semesters/years.
- Experience certificates from previous employers or appointment letters and latest salary slips (if currently employed).
- PAN Card (for identity proof).
- Aadhaar Card (for identity proof).
- Discharge book/certificate from the Indian Air Force indicating medical category, date of discharge, and service record.
- Caste/Tribe/Community certificate (if applicable, in prescribed format from BEL’s website).
- Disability certificate (if applicable, in prescribed format from BEL’s website).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer (if employed in Govt./Quasi-Govt./PSUs).
- Documentary proof of medical category, character, and probable date of discharge (if currently employed in Armed Forces and yet to be discharged).
