- Mandatory Qualifications:
• Two years, full-time First Class Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Master of Social Work, or MA (Social Work) with specialization in HR/IR/PM from a recognized university.
• OR Two years, full-time First Class MBA in HR from a recognized university.
• Degree in Law is an added advantage.
- Mandatory Experience: 21 years of post-qualification experience in HR functions, preferably in a large industry.
- Desirable Exposure:
• Organizational Design & Development and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
• Formulation and implementation of HR policies.
• Handling employee service matters, industrial relations, and union matters.
• Working knowledge of applicable Indian Labor Codes, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, and relevant Acts.
• Strategic and business partnering, change management, employee engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Managing a mixed workforce comprising regular, contract, and project-based employees.
• HR functions as Section Head, Department Head, or Plant HR Head.
