- Must possess a Postgraduate (PG) Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty, recognized by MCI.
- For Anaesthesia, Medicine, Surgery, and Paediatrics: Must not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency.
- For Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG): Must either have a PG Degree/Diploma in the specialty or, if non-PG, have 2 years of experience. Must not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency.
- Must be registered with the Delhi Medical Council.
- Maximum age limit is 45 years. Relaxation for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) as per Government of India rules.
