Recruitment for project-based positions under ICMR-funded research project 'PRaCTISe-HR' focused on improving treatment outcomes for drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis.
Positions include medical and technical roles for clinical trial execution and field investigations.
Contractual appointments with no claim to permanent employment post-project completion.
Field visits and research activities required as part of job responsibilities.
Project duration: One year, extendable subject to ICMR funding and project requirements.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Indian citizens only are eligible to apply.
Age limits are applicable as on the date of interview (upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules).
For Project Research Scientist – I (Medical):
- Minimum qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree.
- Desirable: Prior experience in research projects/clinical trials, local language fluency, and MD in Community Medicine/Pharmacology.
For Project Technical Support – II (Field Investigator):
- Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Medico-Social Work, or equivalent.
- Minimum: Two years of experience in relevant subject/field.
- Desirable: Prior experience in research projects/clinical trials and local language fluency.
For Project Technical Support – II (Lab Technician):
- Minimum qualification: 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/Engineering) with five years of experience in relevant field OR three-year graduate degree in relevant field with two years of experience.
- Desirable: Prior experience in research projects/clinical trials and local language fluency.

⚙️ Selection Process

Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria and qualifications.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a walk-in interview on 11.08.2026 at AIIMS Mangalagiri.
Interview venue: Ground Floor, Admin Block, AIIMS Mangalagiri.
Reporting time: 08:30 AM (candidates arriving after 10:00 AM will not be permitted).
Written tests may be conducted if the number of applicants exceeds expectations.
Final selection will be based on interview performance and document verification.
Selected candidates must submit an undertaking regarding terms and conditions of engagement.

If the appointee's performance is found unsatisfactory, the appointment can be terminated at any time without notice. The candidate may also be relieved with one month's prior notice, failing which they may be held responsible for paying one month's salary.
