Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in research, policy, or public health systems.
Ability to design and execute independent research studies and provide interdisciplinary guidance.
Desirable: PhD in Biostatistics & Demography, experience in public policy, governance, or health systems, and strong writing/communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Data Manager: Master’s degree (1st Class) in Public Health, Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on data analytics, or equivalent.
