Project Technical Support III (DHR-Funded Research Project)

- Recruitment for a tenure-based Project Technical Support III position under a DHR-funded research project titled 'Development and Evaluation of Opportunistic Screening Strategy for Chronic Kidney Disease in Central India: A Mixed-Methods Implementation Research'.
- The selected candidate will work on community-based screening for chronic kidney disease across Nagpur district, including rural and urban areas.
- Initial appointment duration is 6 months, extendable up to 2 years based on project requirements and performance.
- The position is not a regular post under DHR or AIIMS Nagpur, and no permanent employment claims can be made post-project completion.
- Candidates must be fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi for effective fieldwork and communication.

- Three-year graduate in relevant fields such as Medical Social Work, Community Development, Social Welfare, Community Health, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field-based research.
- OR Postgraduate degree (e.g., Medical Social Work, MPH) in relevant fields.
- Candidates with higher qualifications are also eligible to apply.
- Maximum age limit: 35 years as of the application deadline.
- Age relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and up to 5 years for candidates with government research organization experience (case-by-case basis).
- Candidates currently working in ICMR/DHR-funded projects must submit a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Principal Investigator.

- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (in-person only; online interviews are not permitted).
- A written test/skill test may be conducted before the interview if the number of applicants is high.
- Final selection will be based on interview performance and written test results (if applicable).
- Selected candidates must join within the stipulated timeframe; failure to do so may result in cancellation.
- Candidates may be terminated with a one-week notice period in case of poor performance.
