✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Educational qualification: Degree in relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Ceramics, Chemical, Civil, Computer & IT, Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Instrumentation) or MCA/B.Tech in Computer/IT for IT discipline.
- For Finance: Graduation + CA/ICWA or Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance).
- For HR: Graduation + PG Diploma/MBA in HR/Personnel Management/Sociology/Social Work/Labor Welfare.
