- Deputy Director (Admin & Accounts): 3 years of regular service in the scale of Rs. 15600-39100 + GP 5400 or 5 years combined service in specified scales.
- Deputy Director (Programme) / Assistant Director (Programme): 3 years of regular service in the scale of Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4600 or 5 years combined service in specified scales.
- Assistant Director (Admin & Accounts): 2 years of regular service in the scale of Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4800 or 3 years in Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4600.
- Stenographer Grade-I: 3 years of regular service in the scale of Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 2800 or combined 5 years of service in GP of Rs. 2800 + 2400.
- Short-Term Contract Posts:
- Cultural personalities with at least 10 years (Deputy Director Programme) or 8 years (Assistant Director Programme) of experience in organizing cultural programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree required for all short-term contract posts.
