- Minimum 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor (AGP Rs. 7000+) or 8 years as Associate Professor (AGP Rs. 8000+), including educational administration experience.
- OR 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
- **System Analyst**:
- M.E./M.Tech. (Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent.
- OR B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/Information Technology) with 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR MCA or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Science) with 3 years of relevant experience.
