- Driver: Matriculation (10th pass) with a valid driving license for light and heavy vehicles and a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Clerk (Legal): Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
- Clerk (Accounts): Graduation with Statistics, Mathematics, or Accounts OR Matriculation with Punjabi or a Commerce degree from a recognized university.
- Clerk (I.T.): Graduate/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, BCA, PGDCA, or B.E./B.Tech in IT/ECE/CSE with 2 years of experience OR BCA with 2 years of experience.
- Translator: Graduation with a 120-hour computer course or equivalent.
- Field Artist: Graduate in Music, Drama, or Dance.
