- For TGT (Computer Science): Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application (BCA) with ≥50% marks OR Graduation in Computer Science/IT with ≥50% marks OR BE/B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT) with ≥50% marks.
- Qualified in CTET (Paper-II) and Bachelor’s Degree in Education from NCTE-recognized institution with ≥50% marks OR Three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. OR Four-year integrated degree including B.Ed. component.
- For ATL Facilitator: M.Sc in Physics with specialization in Electronics/Robotics/IT OR B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering/Robotics/IT/Computer Science/AI.
- For Matron: Class X pass, married females (including widows or divorcees without encumbrances).
- Age limit: TGT & ATL Facilitator – max 50 years; Matron – 35 to 55 years.
