- Doctor (Full Time) Rural: MBBS degree with registration with the medical council/commission. Must undergo training arranged by MOSJE/NISD within three months of joining.
- Yoga Therapist/Dance/Music/Art Teacher (Part Time): Diploma in Yoga/Dance/Music with three years of experience in the respective discipline.
- Nurse: Qualified nurse with GNM/B.Sc. Nursing degree. Willingness to undergo training as decided by MSJ&E.
- Peer Educator: Literate, ex-drug user with 1-2 years of sobriety. Must agree to refrain from drug use, buying, or selling and be willing to work among drug-using populations for prevention.
