Consultant (Placement & Career Development) at National Law University Delhi

- Manage the Office of Career Services at National Law University Delhi, providing training, mentorship, and career/placement services to students across multiple programs including 5-Year LL.B., LL.M., PGIP, and WIPO–NLU Delhi Joint Master’s Programme in Intellectual Property Law and Management.
- Develop and deliver tailored workshops, personalised sessions, and mock recruitment processes (technical/HR interviews, group discussions) for students from 3rd to 5th year.
- Conduct firm-specific questionnaire assistance, expert-led sessions on law firm dynamics, and HR-focused recruitment criteria training.
- Coordinate multi-round outreach campaigns to law firms, corporate legal teams, financial institutions, and public policy organisations for PPOs, internships, and Day Zero placements.
- Facilitate Day Zero and Day One recruitment processes, including recruiter coordination, student preparation, and offer maximisation.
- Provide continued active outreach to organisations for unplaced students until graduation, including rolling internship placements.
- Establish and nurture institutional relationships with law firms, business houses, and think tanks through MOUs and collaborative engagements.
- Organise flagship event support, including guest lectures, panel discussions, and competitions with qualified judges.
- Identify and coordinate industry practitioners for sessions on professional and academic expectations, recognised as short-term courses or CPE credits.

- Must hold a Postgraduate degree in Law, Social Sciences, or MBA (HR) with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Requires minimum 10 years of relevant experience in training, mentorship, career development, and placement services.
- Experience working with NLUs/Law Schools and a proven track record in providing training, mentorship, and career/placement services to students, particularly in reputed NLUs/Law Schools.
- No bar for a deserving candidate as per market standards.
