Electrical Engineers on Re-employment Basis

Recruitment of experienced Electrical Engineers on a re-employment basis for critical infrastructure projects under the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Positions include Dy. General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Engineering Associate-I roles, focusing on planning, monitoring, and execution of electrical line shifting and infrastructure development.
Opportunity to work on high-impact projects like the Delhi-Meerut, Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar, and Delhi-Panipat-Karnal corridors, contributing to sustainable urban development and regional connectivity.
Role involves managing the shifting of electrical lines (66 KV EHT and above), underground cables, and street-light poles to align with the Namo Bharat corridor infrastructure.
Positions offer competitive lump-sum remuneration, HRA, and other benefits as per company policy.
Selected candidates will be posted in Delhi-Bawal and Delhi-Panipat-Karnal Namo Bharat Corridors, with potential shift-based work assignments.

Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a UGC-recognized Indian University or AICTE-approved institution.
Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Central/State Government/PSUs is mandatory for all positions.
Desirable experience includes working with Haryana Vidyut Nigam or similar organizations.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in construction works of EHT lines and cables of 132 KV or higher voltages.
For Dy. General Manager (RE4) and Assistant Manager (RE2), superannuated pay scale in CDA Scale (L12 or above) or IDA Scale (E5 or above) is required.
For Engineering Associate-I (RE1), superannuated pay scale in CDA Scale (L10/L9 or above) or IDA Scale (E2 or above) is required.
Maximum age limit as of 23/07/2026 is 62 years for all positions.
Candidates must be physically and medically fit for the role.
