- Essential qualifications: M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics Engineering or allied branches with GATE qualification, OR B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with GATE qualification.
- Minimum 60% marks or CPI 6.5 (55% or CPI 6.0 for SC/ST/PWD) in M.E./M.Tech., OR 70% marks or CPI 7.5 (65% or CPI 7.0 for SC/ST/PWD) in B.E./B.Tech.
