Technical Assistant and Lab Assistant Recruitment 2026

Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) invites applications for 2 contractual positions: Technical Assistant and Lab Assistant.
Positions are available under the Food Processing and Life Science departments.
Selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for a duration of one year.
Opportunity for candidates with specialized qualifications in food science, chemistry, or nutrition.

For Technical Assistant: B.Tech in Food Processing OR M.Sc. in Food Science and Quality Control OR M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition.
For Lab Assistant: B.Sc. in Chemistry OR B.Sc. in Life Science.
Candidates must meet the maximum age limit of 36 years as of 01.01.2026.
Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
No prior work experience is mandatory for these positions.
