- Part-Time Teachers (Anshkalik Shikshika) (Art/Craft/Music): Graduate with training diploma in the respective field.
- Part-Time Teachers (Computer): Graduate with NIELIT-equivalent B.Ed/LT, PGDCA, BCA, or B.Sc (CS) with 'O' Level.
- Part-Time Teachers (Sports & PE): B.P.Ed/C.P.Ed/D.P.Ed (TET not mandatory).
- Caretaker: Postgraduate with B.Ed.
- Accountant: Graduate in Commerce with MS Office knowledge and DOEACC 'O' Level.
- Head Cook, Peon, Watchman, Assistant Cook: 8th pass with physical fitness and no contagious diseases.

- Teaching and office posts: Selection via subject/category-wise merit list based on weighted academic marks (High School: 10%, Intermediate: 10%, Graduation: 20%, Postgraduation: 20%, Training: 30%).
- In case of a tie: Older candidate ranked higher; if age is equal, alphabetical order by name.
- Non-teaching posts (Head Cook, Assistant Cook, Peon, Watchman): Selection based on interview.
