Indian nationals only.
Minimum qualification: M.Tech/MS/Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering, Rock Mechanics, or allied streams.
Desirable: Strong background in numerical modeling, experimental geotechnics, slope stability, ground improvement, or geotechnical earthquake engineering.
Demonstrated research capability through high-quality publications in SCI/SCIE-indexed journals and national/international conference presentations.
Experience in laboratory testing, interpretation of soil/rock behavior, and handling advanced geotechnical/rock mechanics testing equipment.
Proficiency in numerical/analytical tools such as PLAXIS, FLAC/FLAC3D, ABAQUS, ANSYS, GeoStudio, Rocscience suite, MATLAB, or Python.
Experience in field investigations, instrumentation, monitoring, and data analysis related to geotechnical/rock engineering projects is an added advantage.
Good technical writing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary research projects.
