- M.Tech./ME/MSc. in Civil Engineering (Transportation Engineering), Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Data Science, or allied fields with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks and valid GATE/NET qualification (UGC/CSIR).
- OR B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning and Computing, or allied fields with at least 70% marks or 7.5 CPI and valid GATE/NET qualification (UGC/CSIR).
