- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
- Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree in Management, Communication, Social Sciences, or allied disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification professional experience in community engagement, ecosystem/partnership management, program/event management, or student/alumni/corporate relations.
- Preferred Experience: Experience within a startup, incubator, higher educational institution, industry association, or comparable ecosystem organization.
- Desirable Skills: Digital/social media outreach, content development, community communication, managing mentor/alumni/volunteer networks, organizing innovation challenges, masterclasses, demo days, and networking events.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of CRM, database, and engagement analytics tools.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of 11 October 2026 (closing date for applications).
