- Candidates working in Government/Autonomous institutions must provide NOC or proof of application for NOC.
- No private practice allowed after joining.
- Candidates must carry original documents for verification during the interview.

- Interview conducted by a Selection Board at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Varanasi.
- Final selection subject to document verification and eligibility criteria.

- No application fee for SC/ST/ESIC (Regular Employee)/Female/Defence Ex-servicemen/PH candidates.

- Payment via Demand Draft in favor of 'ESI Fund A/c No.-1', payable at Varanasi.
