- Program Officer: First-class MBA, BE, MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management), or a Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics/Physics.
- Assistant Programmer: M.Sc in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from a recognized university.
- Accountant: B.Com with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates). For Bastar and Sarguja divisions, a second-class B.Com is acceptable.
- Age Limit: Minimum age is 21 years, and the maximum age is 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Chhattisgarh government rules for residents and categories.
- Assistant Programmer: M.Sc in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from a recognized university.
