- Desired qualifications: UGC-NET/JRF/GATE or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in research projects or academic administration preferred.
- Publications, dissertations, policy papers, or case studies in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, Python, Stata, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or similar analytical software.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience in higher education, leadership development, faculty development, or executive education projects.

- Initial screening by the Recruitment Cell against eligibility criteria.
- Department-Level Shortlisting Committee (DLSC) reviews and shortlists candidates.
- Audio-visual or in-person interview conducted by DLSC.
- Final approval by the Leadership Committee based on DLSC recommendations.
