Guest Player Retainership Positions for Bank of Baroda Sports Teams

- Bank of Baroda is recruiting Guest Players on a retainership basis for its Mumbai-based sports teams.

- Represented University in Inter-University Tournaments, or
- Represented State/UT School Team in National Sports/Games for Schools.
- Nationality: Only Indian Citizens are eligible.

- Applications will be scrutinized/shortlisted based on eligibility criteria.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Field Trials at a designated venue in Mumbai.
- Evaluation criteria for Field Trials include:
- Age of Candidate (20 marks)
- Representation of State/UT at National Level (15 marks)
- Representation of Nation at International Level (15 marks)
- Physical Fitness & Endurance (20 marks)
- Sport-Specific Skills (20 marks)
- Behavioral Attributes (10 marks)
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50 out of 100.
- Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained, and final selection will be made up to the number of vacancies.
- In case of a tie, preference will be given based on the order of representation: International, Senior National, Junior National, University, Khelo India, and School levels.
