📋 Job Description

Execute and manage defense projects under DRIF-IIT Ropar by coordinating with Armed Forces, CAPFs, academia, MSMEs, and other stakeholders.
Ensure accurate documentation, budget management, and compliance with project timelines for Ministry of Defence, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and CAPFs.
Prepare and disseminate monthly progress updates and quarterly reports for the DRIF Board of Directors.
Assist in organizing annual events to promote DRIF-IIT Ropar initiatives in collaboration with the Armed Forces.
Liaise with project officers, technical advisors, and IIT faculty for seamless project execution.
Demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills in multi-domain environments.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Armed Forces or equivalent administrative/managerial roles in civil organizations (Pay Band 12 and above).
Preferred: Tenure in any Armed Forces Category ‘A’ training institute.
Desirable: Business management degree (MBA/PGDBM) or diploma/certificate in financial management.
Age limit: Below 56 years as of the application deadline.
Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in writing project reports, SOPs, and budgetary estimates is a plus.
