- Engagement for ICMR-funded National Health Research Priority (NHRP) project titled 'Strategies for Enhanced Population Engagement and Health Care Seeking for Prevention and Control of Hypertension and Diabetes in India: The STEPS-INDIA Multi-Centric Study'.
- Role involves conducting health facility assessments, community-level surveys, and data collection including transcription and translation of interviews.
- Responsibilities include organizing community engagement activities, mobilizing community champions, and ensuring high-quality data management.
- Position requires assisting in training Community Health Workers, maintaining coordination with project partners, and preparing field reports.
- Work involves extensive travel within Samba district and other study sites for research activities and cross-learning.
- Contractual role with potential extension based on performance, project requirements, and budget availability.

- Graduate degree (3-year) in Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Public Policy and Administration, Community Health, Public Health, Medical or Allied Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Desirable: Prior experience in community-based intervention trials or health promotion interventions.
- All educational qualifications must be from recognized Board/University.
- Experience from government organizations preferred; reputed national/international organizations also considered.
- Only relevant field experience will be considered for this project.
